COVID-19 FAQ

King Spa is strongly committed to adhering to safety protocols and standards in response to COVID-19. For this, we have implemented some temporary changes to our business operations. In order to make the most of your experience at King Spa, we have created this FAQ so that our guests can come fully prepared.

Are there any changes?

Our business hours are from 9am - 11pm from Friday to Sunday. Our maximum customer capacity has been reduced to 25%. When you visit please make sure to follow social distancing that is enforced in all open areas. You must wear masks at all times. Please note that we have limited amenities available.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes, all of our guests are required to wear a mask throughout the facility.

What is currently available?

All of our services and amenities are available following limited capacity guidelines. Please note: juice bar is still closed.

Shuttle bus schedule?

We provide shuttle bus service from Manhattan to King Spa and from King spa to Manhattan on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (There are two pick up times from NYC to King Spa and two drop off time from King Spa to NYC). Check our website for details.

How are we maintaining a safe environment?

We clean and sanitize all facilities every day and also clean with ECOLAB Peroxide multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant products for all high-contact areas. We require COVID-19 Staff Training and PPE for staff locker assignments. Once customer uses, we disinfect and remains unused for 24 hours.
